BURREN FLOWER FARM
A range of workshops and courses, connecting with nature and others while learning something new in the beautiful and peaceful environs of The Burren. All classes are designed to be educational and practical, as well as great value for money, relaxed and fun.
WILD ATLANTIC SEA BATHS
Established in 2018 to provide one of the only fully mobile seaweed bath outfits in Ireland. Making Irish whiskey barrel baths with a custom made heating system. They will deliver to various locations on the Wild Atlantic Way. Option to book privately.
HEART OF BURREN WALKS
Critically acclaimed guided walking tours in one of the most distinctive landscapes in Europe by local expert guide and author, Tony Kirby. The Burren hikes range from gentle strolls to strenuous hill walks, from coastal to interior, from Burren National Park to farmland. All interspersed with commentaries on the geology, flora, archaeology, wild life and farming of the region.
WILD ATLANTIC PICNICS
Offering a picnic experience that can be enjoyed anywhere. Providing you with a feast of local produce sourced on the day to fill your picnic box. Open Fridays and Saturdays - DM on instagram for more details.
YOGA
The Burren Wellness Centre is run by a husband and wife team, Jerry and Helga. Both are extensively trained in the healing arts and have a real passion for meeting people and making you feel at home. Classes take place in Lisdoonvarna and Ennis.
THE BURREN PERFUMERY
The Burren Perfumery is a small west of Ireland-based company making cosmetics and perfumes inspired by the landscape around us. Everything is made on site, by hand and in small batches.
ALOHA SURF SCHOOL
Aloha Surf School runs surfing lessons in the heart of the Burren at Fanore Beach, Co. Clare. They also have a dedicated Stand Up Paddleboarding School, Bay SUP, who run paddleboarding lessons and tours in Ballyvaughan on the southern shores of Galway Bay.
STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING
Based on the Quay in Kinvara on the Wild Atlantic Way, Wet Mongrel provides an introduction to stand up paddle boarding for beginners as well as advanced lessons and hire for improvers. Their team caters for kids, adults and groups of all fitness levels and abilities.
